Privacy Policy
Short version: this is a marketing site, we only collect what you send us through the contact form, and we don't sell personal data.
What this site is
jarvisrides.com is an informational website. It does not book rides, take payments, or create user accounts. Ride requests happen only in the Tesla Robotaxi app, under Tesla's own policies.
Information we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email, optional phone and company, city, inquiry type, and message. We also rely on standard server and analytics logs that our hosting provider records for security and performance.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. That's the whole purpose. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your submission with third parties except service providers that help us receive and store email, and only as needed to deliver it.
Retention
We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to handle the conversation and our records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Tesla's role
Anything that happens inside the Tesla Robotaxi app — account data, trip records, payments, location — is governed by Tesla's privacy policy and terms, not ours.
