Two jobs, cleanly separated. Here's exactly what happens on the rider side and what we handle on the fleet side.
For riders
What your trip looks like
- You need a Tesla account and the Tesla Robotaxi app.
- Availability depends on Tesla's service area in your city.
- Tesla assigns the vehicle — you don't pick a specific car or company.
- The in-car screen handles music, climate, and ending the trip.
- Fares, receipts, lost items, and support all run through Tesla.
For Jarvis Rides
What we actually do
- We acquire Tesla robotaxi vehicles, including purpose-built Cybercab.
- We deploy those vehicles onto Tesla's Robotaxi network.
- We keep a local presence in the markets where our cars operate.
- We coordinate cleanliness and uptime at the fleet level.
- We do not control routing, pricing, dispatch, or autonomy — those are Tesla's.
The sequence
Four steps from tap to curb.

Open the Tesla Robotaxi app
Sign in with your Tesla account. If you're inside a live service area, robotaxi options appear.
- 02
Set pickup and dropoff
Tesla validates the trip against its service area, then confirms pricing in the app.
- 03
Tesla assigns a vehicle
A car from the network arrives. It may be one of ours; that assignment is Tesla's decision.
- 04
Ride and pay in Tesla's app
The vehicle drives itself to your destination. Payment and the receipt stay in Tesla's app.
Jarvis Rides is not Uber, Lyft, or Tesla.
We do not accept ride requests on this website, dispatch vehicles, set fares, or process ride payments. We own Tesla robotaxis and deploy them onto Tesla's network. Every ride is requested, operated, and billed by Tesla in the Tesla Robotaxi app.
